I See You
I see you trying to keep everything together — work, family, aging parents, life — while your own health and energy take a back seat.
I see you wondering if your brain fog, mood shifts, or sudden changes in metabolism are "just aging"… or if something deeper is happening.
I see you craving clarity, strength, steadiness — and wanting a plan that actually fits your life, not another overwhelming trend.
You care deeply about your future.
You want to stay sharp, independent, and confident in your body for decades to come. And you're ready for support that meets you where you are right now.
My Story:
Why I Do This Work
I've spent more than three decades as a registered nurse, watching how stress, inflammation, hormones, and lifestyle shape the brain over time.
I've sat beside women who felt unheard, rushed, or brushed off by the healthcare system. I've been the advocate for families scared of dementia and desperate for clarity.
And as a woman in midlife myself, I've felt those not-so-subtle whispers: the dips in energy, the brain fog, the shifting hormones, the growing mental load.
Then I discovered I carry the APOE4 gene—a genetic variant that significantly increases Alzheimer's risk. That discovery made this work deeply personal.
I could have let fear take over. Instead, I turned it into fuel. I immersed myself even deeper in brain health research, testing protocols on myself first and built a system that actually works—not just in theory, but in my own daily life.
My nursing background showed me what happens when these things are ignored. My holistic health training showed me what's possible when we support the body through whole health. And my personal journey—complete with genetic challenges—showed me that women in midlife deserve better guidance, earlier, before things become crises.
I grew up in Maine — which gives me a soft spot for rocky coasts, salty air, and long summer days. I lived out west for 25 years and now call Atlanta, GA home, where I recently sent my daughter off to UGA — one of the proudest moments of my life.
What I Believe
Midlife can be a new beginning — not a decline
Your brain is your greatest asset, and protecting it now protects your future self
Aging should feel empowering, not confusing
Research-backed wellness should be gentle, realistic, and sustainable
Women deserve a guide & accountability partner to help them navigate this season of life
When you fall in love with caring for your brain, everything else falls into place — your energy, your mood, your metabolism, your confidence.

Get To Know a Little More About Me
Why do I want you to age well?
Because I’ve seen what happens when you don’t…
I watched my mother pass away at just 57 from long-term chronic illness. She couldn’t break the habits that harmed her health—and I felt helpless. I was too young to make a difference then, but that loss changed me forever.
It inspired me to take ownership of my own health—and now, I help other women do the same.
Today, I work with women in midlife to build sustainable, holistic habits that support healthy aging and prevent disease. With up to 80% of chronic illness being preventable through lifestyle, there’s no better time than now to start making changes that matter.
Because your health isn’t just about living longer—it’s about living better.
In my signature group program, Reignite Your Mind and Metabolism, I focus on six pillars of wellness:
Nutrition
Movement
Brain health
Detoxification
Hormonal balance
