With over 30 years of experience as a registered nurse, including 16 years in skilled nursing, dementia, and hospice care, I've seen firsthand how wellness can transform overall health and quality of life. Because I’ve seen what happens when you don’t.
I watched my own mother pass away at 57 from preventable illness. She couldn’t break the habits, and I was too young to help. That loss shaped my life, inspiring me to prioritize my health and help others do the same.
Today, I focus on helping women in midlife create holistic, sustainable habits that prevent disease and support aging. With 80% of chronic illness preventable through lifestyle, there’s no time like the present to start.
