As a nurse, dementia practitioner, and holistic health coach, I’ve spent over thirty years working alongside individuals and families navigating the challenges of aging. I’ve seen firsthand the devastating effects of chronic disease and cognitive decline. But I’ve also witnessed the incredible power of making proactive, positive lifestyle changes.
