Brain Fog in Midlife? Real Results From Brain Health Coaching

I recently shared with you what a Brain & Metabolic Health Coach actually does, but I don't think I've ever shown you the kind of results my clients see when we work together. So this week I'm letting a few of them tell you.

Where they started

Toni had spent a long stretch caring for someone she loved and was ready to put her own health back on track. Marina was already doing so much right but wanted to stay sharp and independent for decades to come. Elizabeth didn't want to just accept brain fog. She wanted to stay fully present for her family and her career.

What changed

It wasn't about willpower or a total overhaul. We started with what was going well and built from there, around how each of them actually lives. Small, steady steps are how neuroplasticity works, and the brain keeps responding at any age.

For Elizabeth that meant a snack basket at her desk, water before her morning coffee and tools to calm down in a tense moment at work. No wonder she now tells people she has "a personal, medically trained, life/wellness therapy coach."

Marina learned to stop anxious thoughts before they spiraled and to pause and breathe. Through it all I was in their corner with steady accountability.

What they're celebrating

Toni's labs came back perfect at her annual checkup, and she told me, "You can quote me on that." So I am.

Christopher wrote, "Mentally I feel way more grounded, I have way more energy."

Ty is finally sleeping through the night and feels "fit again and almost pain free."

Suzanne said, "Christine has helped me immensely in protecting my brain health."

Five signals to notice

  • Walking into a room and forgetting why

  • The word stuck on the tip of your tongue

  • Waking at 3 AM and staring at the ceiling

  • The afternoon crash that sends you looking for sugar or caffeine

  • A shorter fuse than usual

These are often your brain and metabolic health asking for attention. It may be the stress you're under, how you slept or what you've been eating.

Most of us power through and tell ourselves we'll deal with it after the holidays, when vacation is done or once this project wraps. In coaching, we stop and listen, then create a clear path forward.

Who I help

I help busy women in midlife and beyond protect their greatest asset, their brain, so they feel clear-headed, energized and confident about the years ahead. Aging well isn't luck, it's a strategy.
